Thank you to everyone who made Bridge to Everywhere’s first workshop possible: UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music; Otto Stuparitz at the UCLA Department of Ethnomusicology; the UCLA Omni-Musicality Group; Kim Nguyen Tran, our education manager and resident ethnomusicologist; and James Waterman, teaching artist and Bridge to Everywhere percussionist.

This Friday, January 20, 2017, Bridge to Everywhere will give its debut concert at the Theatre Raymond Kabbaz in Los Angeles. “Music without Borders” will feature five world-premieres of chamber works by Derrick Skye – all inspired by traditional music from Ghana, India, Mexico, Eastern Europe and beyond. Tickets and info here.
